We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate bookings for violations of property rules or inappropriate behavior.
5. Handyman and Storm Services
Handyman and storm services are provided on an as-available basis. Service quotes will be provided before work begins. We strive to deliver quality workmanship but make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate descriptions of requested work.
6. Payments and Transactions
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers including Stripe, Booqable, and Dubsado. By making a purchase or booking, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
