I can't say enough about Village Home Services, FL! I used a property manager before them and was constantly disappointed, stressed and doubting my decision to rent my place out.

I crossed paths with David at Village Home Services and am thrilled about our future together.

They are very responsive to all of my guests and my personal inquiries. They are 100% reliable. They constantly share their experience and give great advice about how to handle things.

Thank you Village Home Services! You are the best at what you do!

What a fantastic day! We came to the villages for a fun getaway with friends, and this home exceeded our expectations. We spent our days enjoying the pools, live music, restaurants, and all the activities that make the village such a special place. The location couldn't have been better in the house were wonderful to work with we laughed. We made great memories and truly didn't want to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for fun and relaxing getaway in the villages. stay.

I dealt extensively with David re a cart rental, and he was extremely patient. When I asked to change the delivery time he was very accommodating, going above and beyond the usual. The website is useful for cart rentals, and if I need one again, this is where I'll get it. Highly recommended (and if the other services offered are on a par with the cart rental, I'd use/recommend them, too).

I can’t say more about the professionalism of this company! I recently purchased an investment property with little knowledge of Villages. The owner Dave was great! Quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the area. Dave was able to put my worries at ease knowing that my investment was being cared for when I couldn’t be around. Highly recommend!
